Scrolling social media can lead to a lack of creativity, distraction, procrastination and reduced productivity.

During my conversation with designers most of respondents admitted social media are source of distraction, which makes more difficult to focus on creative tasks.
Beginning designers obstacles
Many designers, especially beginners, have many insecurities connected with fear of failure, adapting to technological change, imposter syndrome, information overload, lack of feedback and procrastination.
